Company is very supportive for education. Good place for young people in their early stages of career. Reasonable working hours.
Cons
Poor salary, heavily regulated (analysts spend too much time 'ticking the boxes'), IT systems are a nightmare, HR dep is bad, for compliance reasons your personal stock investments will be restricted.
