- Good work life balance - Working from home is acceptable, depending on manager approval - Low stress environment and working mentality - Good number of annual leave days - Good office working environment
Cons
- Significantly below market pay and minor salary increases (1-2% per year) and poor bonuses with no transparency into how it is calculated - Career progression is slow with few options made available for internal progression/ recruitment - Slow pace of life, with little accountability for projects and lack of owneership - Good benefits in terms of annual leave, pension, subsidised gym membership, private healthcare, but non existent maternity leave (statutory)
