Pros
Work/life balance is great. Good place to work if you have a family. Most people are great mentors and very helpful. Management is very helpful in giving you the opportunity to grow.
Cons
Salary could be much better. Seen people leave because of that. Also, I've seen people leave because of a few uncooperative personalities. One person who is difficult to work with will make it difficult to stay with the company. Regulatory issues means more reporting and data recording, which means much of the work consists of documentation.
