They have good benefits. They try to promote people in the analytic field and they are very philanthropic. They also look to promote from within. The people are very nice
Cons
They are somewhat bureaucratic. If you are not an analyst promotions are very difficult and their pay scale is below industry standards. They are not very diversified in the racial mix
