Extremely poor management - Finance Fitch Ratings Employee Review

The pay here is horrible when compared to their direct competitors. There is no pay grade so it's very likely that two people who started at the same time with the same qualifications are paid disproportionately, The management team lacks training and is very unprofessional especially on the finance team. They speak about all their employees behind their backs and out loud in an open setting which leads to lots of office gossip.
