Pros
If you like hybrid you will work 2 days per week in the office for IT, 3 days for everyone else.
Cons
Low pay, hemorrhaging staff, HR can't get its act together to hire replacements, positions go unfilled for months and they make remaining employees do double roles. Cto just quit. They do not listen to employees and make no effort to retain people. IT is a sinking ship.
