Poor compensation, well below average. Rarely give cost of living increases and some levels haven’t seen raises in years. Fitch groups messages valuing people but at group levels reality is far different. Mid level people are required to apply for Sr. Director levels. Promotions are not give past director. Personnel changed are not communicated until well after rumor mill has spread news internally, Company strives for transparency in ratings but not in dealings with staff.
