- very friendly and warm culture - hybrid work format - depending on teams, some managers allow quite a bit of flexibility - very stable business
Cons
- limited career progression in Singapore - hard to get promoted, a lot of people leave for a couple of years and rejoin to get better position and pay - pay increment below inflation rate - depending on teams, some managers are more micro-managing and limit autonomy
