Pros
High exposure to many aspects of the entire rating process. Get much responsibility early on. Good working atmosphere. No face time required.
Cons
Considering the size and annual revenue growth of the company, shamefuly low pay. Little transparancy on pay, promotions etc. Feel like you are just handed the end result with no discussion on these topics. Increasingly bureaucratic and policy driven work environment.
