Pros
Great people and colleagues to work with. Smart and friendly. Culture is ok, depends in which group you are. Some are more outgoing and tighter together than other groups, but overall everyone is supportive and wants to help you achieve success. No backstabbing environment.
Cons
Compensation is below market average, but the hours are also not very bad. On average you work 40-50 hours depending some weeks when it may be busier than other if you are working on transactions with tight deadlines. Have to pass multiple tests to advance, very robust criteria and regulations. Job can become boring and doesn't stimulate entrepreneurship and creativity.
