- switch and bait contract - leadership bias towards employees who were senior military officers - unfair pay system that's based in your past military rank - the people doing most of the work are paid the least amount - company doesn't comunicate with employees honestly - no transparency - hr will lie right to your face, only concerned about saving a buck for the company - will release you and lie about the reason why
