Very good base pay compared to US - center mass for kind of work in KSA Interesting work
Cons
Chaotic and arbitrary management Unlike most companies, no individual car - load into vehicles like sardines to go to and from work. On your own for transportation after work. No Iqama...so you can’t buy a car and costs you double to rent one. Really high attrition. Constant churn. People split between two compounds . One is a no kidding resort - other is a step up from minimum security prison. Haves and have nots depending on who you are and who likes you. Company has habit of “adjusting” (eliminating) benefits in offer letter/contract. Example: Sign agreement for 16 Saudi holidays then getting there are told...yeah, will only be 11. Hyper focus on person’s old military rank - on and off duty. Culture of distrust. On way to becoming a low end body shop.
