Pros

They use some of the best products and platforms and they take security very seriously here. Jeremy (CEO) always addressed the team for any big news. If you like to twiddle your thumbs or just looking for a paycheck, this is not the job for you. Everyone that works there is extremely talented and constantly growing their skills. Great teamwork - when I had questions and the higher level analysts were busy on a call, they would still find a moment to point me in the right direction. Jake (director/manager) was really great at helping you do more of the work you enjoy wherever possible and giving you projects/assignments that your skills aligned best with.

Cons

Pizza doesn’t happen every Friday.

Pros

Amazing business model and potential for growth. If you love a start up mindset and pace, but in a company that's scaling wisely, 5i would be a great fit for you. Opportunity for quick growth, wear lots of hats, get stuff done without bureaucracy.

Cons

None that I can think of!

Pros

The company offers a solid product. Cyber Security is only becoming a more needed business, so as long as sales continues to close deals, then the company will profit.

Cons

Little tenure within the employee circle. Many employees accept the position, get a year on paper, then jump ship for higher paying roles. The pay is roughly 15 years out of date. A project manager top out if $130k which is entry level for pay for most cyber security focused professionals. Five days a week in-office when you are spending a large majority of time on Zoom calls. It appears this is a control tactic and doesn't offer much benefit for the majority of job titles. An employee in a virtual environment should not have to work one full year to "earn" the right to work one day remote. This is petty and not a true benefit.
