Cons
You will be paid about 20k under industry standard for SOC I. You will get worked to the bone managing the many clients. You will be promised that you will learn a platform and be mentored by a SOC II. This will not happen, as the people who are supposed to mentor you are also being worked to the bone. You will be promised to be moved off night shift quickly. This is not true - a guy worked there for 10 months 5 nights a week before he was moved off night shift, and that was only because his peers quit. The CEO will yell at you if you make a mistake. The place is a revolving door. People quit as fast as they are hired. The SOC II team is holding this place together, and are over paid because they know that if one of them quits, the company will probably go under.
