Great Company! 5iron Cyber provides many opportunities for security operations analysts both new to the field or years of experience. They also have several paths to move into specialized security Engineering positions for SIEM and Network Security. They are active in the community with volunteering and outreach programs! They are also Veteran friendly! The real kind, if you are ETSing and want to break into cyber, this is the company for you, just south of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee.

The company offers a solid product. Cyber Security is only becoming a more needed business, so as long as sales continues to close deals, then the company will profit.

Little tenure within the employee circle. Many employees accept the position, get a year on paper, then jump ship for higher paying roles. The pay is roughly 15 years out of date. A project manager top out if $130k which is entry level for pay for most cyber security focused professionals. Five days a week in-office when you are spending a large majority of time on Zoom calls. It appears this is a control tactic and doesn't offer much benefit for the majority of job titles. An employee in a virtual environment should not have to work one full year to "earn" the right to work one day remote. This is petty and not a true benefit.
