      Great team environment and culture, great pay, merit based, no seniority, it forces you to grow, competitive but fun. Challenge but very rewarding. payday is every Friday, The most diverse group of people I have ever worked with.

      Cons

      Working with the public can sometimes be difficult. The hardest part would be dealing with rude customers

      Pros

      The leads and supervisors are with you supporting you and helping you reach your goals with whatever you need. It's a great supportive system. The work was very rewarding, though it was a lot of hours. Also, the growth opportunities are amazing if you put in the work. I got promoted just 2 months into it, and that's a testament to the amazing support you have access to.

      Cons

      It's really fast paced, you often work many hours. I also usually worked on Saturdays as well.

      Really unsure of pros besides good friends that I met

      Terrible pay out. they want you to work your butt off for little to no pay for the "big dream"
