Pros

Pros were mostly the employees a lot of good people that believe in what their doing and care about each other.

Cons

Where do I start they get you in a truck and your life becomes theirs if they get a bug on you they'll send you on the furthest jobs and with some of the worst clients they already put crew members with me that was that high on pot they would be late and when I approached their vehicle to ask them a question the pot smoke poured out the window I had to step back these are the people they give you to so call watch your back then you have to put up with the client foreman calling employees bad names and directing you for trying to do your job and management will stick up for the client because that's their money they don't care about you being put in danger or disrespected the client is always right. All I have to say is you can get hired by Walmart or Mac Donald's you will be treated much better and won't suffer 15 hours with no breaks in the winter and summer there is so much more bad save yourself a big headache

Pros

Take-home truck after promotion, Will hire almost anyone, explicit communication of expectations and policies

Cons

Vast communication gap between dispatch (OSC) and employees, two year turnover cycle for second-chance tax incentives (crew member, crew lead, advanced crew lead only) , truck is effectively monitored 24/7 therefore eliminating any privacy, resource allocation as a department has no consideration for the needs of the employee, ADA accommodations will be either forgotten about or terminated without any warning, HR documentation will be lost with turnover,
