Parking isn't provided, no bus discount Management is shady They will fire you if the Facebook employees just doesn't like you They will make up reasons to fire you Some Facebook employees will treat you like garbage Polyester uniform doesn't breath at all, makes you constantly overheating Denim apron, again why a none breathable material?? Hats, again overheating constantly They give you a very slim margin as far as getting work done They don't have on-call positions, so if someone is out on PTO or sick, it throws a wrench in the whole day They use your PTO without your permission on your sick days They don't care when other employees are not pulling their weight They play favorites They lie to you when they hire you.
