With return to work following CoVid19 lockdown, things deteriorated rapidly. I was thrilled in finding that an experienced industrial professional had been hired to fill the position of Dir.H.R. previously held by a series of Ad-Mins. But, two additional levels of non-kitchen working administration had been added, external from corporate culture. Frustrating confusion resulted.
