Pros

You can PRETEND you're working in esports. It can pay some bills if you have nothing else going for you 40 hours a week

Cons

TRASH pay Sketchy boss Just general shady vibe while management constantly looking to cut corners or how to evade this or that Weekly meetings talking about company growth as an attempt to excite minimum wage employees. "We're doing so good! But not good enough that we can pay any of you anything! Get excited! But not too excited, keep your nose down." That sort of con-man spiel. You will not move up. And if you do, you'll go from below what you could earn in fast food to about what you make in fast food, only with much more work and expectation and micromanagement from sketchy boss Management always looking to get as much out of minimum wage employees as possible because they're too cheap to hire anyone to do the stuff the think they can do themselves while yelling at employees they hardly pay anything Management lines their pockets while paying employees bare minimum This will most likely not lead to anything substantial in eSports, video games, or anything related to that, especially as it seems the management is only interested in making money for themselves.

Pros

You get to tell people that you work in video games, I guess...

Cons

The management is not only disrespectful, terrible and inept but also incredibly sketchy in how they run their business. They lie to employees about job duties upon hiring, they lie about pay incentives that never come and they quickly turned what could have been a cool startup into a glorified slave ship. Micro managing and loud outbursts daily from all of the "owners" of the company and they would quickly switch to another language whenever discussing the business. This company is built on lies and is run by a man, Jon, who knows nothing about the industry he is attempting to run a business in. It's actually sad. They never give you pay stubs, routinely skimp you on your paycheck which is just direct deposited each week, encourage employees to skip breaks and meals and repeatedly encourage sexually offensive language and actions. It only gets worse from there.
