Pros

Negotiations for prices go well at the beginning. Easy going company. No problem getting coverage.

Cons

Set prices drop when implementation team leaves. They continue to hire people after they leave so your pay check is cut in half. They hire undereducated people to become the "O.M"(operation manager) aka "liaison".

Pros

Permanent route work, if you are customer service oriented the company will reward you, flexibility

Cons

I don't really have any cons. It's all about your attitude and your ability to hustle. The company does reward persons that are reliable and that don't complain with better opportunities. This translates into substantially better pay.

Pros

At one time it was decent pay, but they cut the wages for each delivery more and more. With maintenance for you car and insurance rates, etc. it pays very little in the end.

Cons

The managers are allowed to abuse drivers with little monitoring over their position. Your job is never secure and you have no rights if a staff member at a nursing facility wishes to be racist, sexist, or take her anger for the pharmacy out on you. A manager will move you around from route to route like a player on a chess board with no regard for your time or monetary needs. Routes are never out on time from the pharmacy and wait times sometimes grew into +4 hours before a route came out. Imagine showing up to work on time, but your shift can't start until they will open the doors, wasting hours of your time and then still expecting you to work your shift. It's a dangerous job driving full-time, especially in inclement weather. They do not pay you any extra even though a blizzard may make you use much more gas and take twice the time it normally would.
