Pros

Negotiations for prices go well at the beginning. Easy going company. No problem getting coverage.

Cons

Set prices drop when implementation team leaves. They continue to hire people after they leave so your pay check is cut in half. They hire undereducated people to become the "O.M"(operation manager) aka "liaison".

Pros

Get paid weekly, the money is good but no mileage compensation. You have to be able to lift heavy auto parts

Cons

You have to use your own car and they don't pay mileage. I would drive over 100 miles a day with no compensation. A lot of wear and tear on your car

There is nothing positive to be said of this company.

Cons

The CEO is unstable and lacks even elementary leadership and social skills. Common sense tends to bounce off of his brain and he is extremely unbalanced and makes decisions based not on logic or reason, but in the heat of the moment. Everyone who comes in contact with him is immediately turned off and can't fathom how this individual is in charge of anything. I have never experienced working for a CEO as unpolished and unprofessional as this individual. This one will go down as the worst CEO of all time!
