Pros

- Talented developers - Product is great - free coffee and juice - kitchen at the office - CTO is very experienced person

Cons

- One of the big Cons of this company is the CEO, he has huge trust issues for all team members, and he never appreciate people. he only care about paying less to get more profit. - They always say we have nice working environment with social events but most of this social events are fake and not social at all. - Salaries is way below the market - the company apartment was not pros at all because they negotiate so hard to make your salary down and provide you apartment, and you apartment will be dependent on your working with them.

We are glad that in the time that you worked for us, you discovered many of the great benefits we provide. Indeed, we have talented, devoted and motivated developers, devops and designers comprising an excellent team. We have a great and exciting product aiming to revolutionize the mobility industry. We have a pleasant and open environment with good coffee and healthy natural juices. Our highly diverse and international team (~10 countries) often use the kitchen to cook recipes from all over the world. Our CTO and senior management are experienced, dedicated and hardworking individuals. Unfortunately (or fortunately), we are a startup with a very intense environment. We offer a demanding, high pressure and challenging experience which is not suitable for everyone. Individuals with self-confidence issues or low competency do not generally last in the company beyond the probation period of 6 months. As a startup, our financial resources are limited. We offer the best salaries we can afford. However, we follow a model of sustainable growth. All of the company's revenues get invested in salaries, but we do not spend beyond our means. The average salary in the company has increased considerably year over year alongside the growth of the business itself. We thank you for your consideration and wish you all the best in your future endeavours.

Pros

Working here is a constant opportunity to grow. The tasks are challenging, and there’s always exposure to new technologies. You’re free to voice concerns, share ideas, and get direct support from your manager whenever needed. Bi-weekly sprint retrospectives allow everyone to reflect on the company’s workflow and structure. The international team, collaborative spirit, and approachable leadership make it easy to have a tangible impact on the product. The culture pushes you out of your comfort zone in a good way, demanding personal and professional growth. Work-life balance is highly valued; the firm actively stops you from working contracted hours, although you can if you choose to. Career development is, of course, an inevitability here; I have learned so much since I joined, and the firm has grown with me. The employees are great, and inter-departmental support is just an open hand away. The working environment is a great place to be and continues to improve. Feedback flows freely in all directions, and actual changes are made when they make sense.

Cons

If you prefer a low-stress, routine environment, this may not be your favorite. The workload is heavy, and problems are common.

Pros

- Skilled and collaborative development team - Supportive and open communication - Opportunities to learn and grow with challenging projects - Strong teamwork culture that values knowledge sharing - Most projects follow modern technologies and practices; legacy projects are in the process of being modernized or replaced - High emphasis on code quality - Advanced process for managing code changes

Cons

- Documentation for older projects can be limited - Sometimes the deadlines can be tight - High competence expectations can be challenging for newcomers - The product dates back to 2012 and has had numerous technical evolutions throughout the years. However, there are always older parts of the system that are not up to modern standards. Developers who plan to exclusively work on modern tech might find this discouraging
