Pros
The founders are good and reasonable people. They also joke around sometimes. It's a fun place. The work was also interesting and I learned a lot including soft skills, management and ownership. There is also our CHO - chief happiness officer, the doggo, rocket who will be present in the office everyday with Karthik, the founder. They also don't care about the hours you put in, only the value you bring.
Cons
It takes a short period of time to get into the rhythm with everyone and the processes which is not really even a con.
