Pros
At the beginning, we had good bikes and a small area to cover. You only deliver orders and nothing else. No pressure was applied, since I was in a student contract and studying was my priority.
Cons
Then they changed everything to increase profit. The salary was the same, and they started to put a lot of pressure. They don't care about riders or pickers; their only concern is profit. The bikes are worse, the area is bigger, and the bags are heavier.
