The coworkers there are amazing. Weekly pay for associates, bi weekly for management. There's a few good managers there who will motivate you and fight for you.
Cons
Let me count the ways: Irresponsibly overpriced insurance CEO who lacks any general understanding of the company or how it works. Seems content to run "numbers" and not engage employees until there is a negative Glassdoor review in which case he will ask for it to be removed and then pass the blame. Ask him what any department does and he will just stare at you blankly or give you a speech. That's really all he knows how to do. Outdated software with a team who has no idea what they are doing All Over 40 White Male "leadership" team. Extremely sexist, no diversity, slightly racist. No advancement opportunities for women in a leadership role outside of a department manager . Capable staff have been run out Popularity contest Zero and I mean ZERO communication through the company or through departments. Constantly advised of this but nothing ever happens. No 401K match Do I really need to keep going?
