      Pros

      The culture at Flipp is incredible - some of the best people I've worked with and so many incredible benefits (Summer half day Fridays, extended long weekends, WFH, etc). Absolutely love working at Flipp and the work I do.

      Cons

      Salary is not super high but the benefits make up for it.
