Pros

Get to work with some really passionate people in all the departments low-stress environment Flexible work from home policy even before covid HQ in Germany provides strong support for local efforts to all countries Good insurance and compensation good PTO policy

Cons

Departments are siloed, lacking cross functional communication. Departments rarely know what each other is working on. Leadership is lost and sends mixed signals. One moment the company is positioned for success, the next minute the US team gets cuts in half and remaining team members have salary severely cut. Shady business practices like operating in cities or stops without proper approvals. Forced to look the other way. Mass layoffs on the US team that seem random The US team is divided into West team and East team with redundant positions but team members that handle national team get sacked like HR.

Pros

Great cost controls are in place, but Flix North America C-level leadership lacks the same focus on revenue.

Cons

A lot of brash and perplexing decisions are being made at the highest level at Flix North America, and unfortunately because of this, several vital, important employees have been eliminated from both the Flix and Greyhound businesses. Flix North America C-level leadership fails to realize employees are the best asset of the company. As such, low morale and undue stress reside among overworked employees. Private equity driven, which says it all.
