Pros
Slightly out of London. Fair size. Plenty of staff fridge space.
Cons
The Sales department sounds like a different world to the previous review! The company at first glance seems to be made up of first and second jobbers and pays accordingly. The targets are inflated so that most staff don't make the 85% cut-in for commission, conversion is less than 10% so working extra hours doesn't really impact unless they are excessive. You are working for basic basically! Tacky sales practices encouraged as the excessive workers do these things, seemingly proving that these tricks work. The biggest trick seems to be employing relatively inexperienced people so that they don't know what to expect or what they should be paid (and they're more likely as a demographic to have personal debt for the parent company to consolidate with one of their other companies loans). Commission, when it is paid out, is laughable. General probing of pay expectations is met with OTE's that are more realistic for management, don't fall for it! Don't expect any frills here, it's the bear bones of a job (not a career).
