Pros

FCI's product, sales channels, branding and position in the market are world class. FCI meters and switches are frequently specified by customers and the company is an aggressively sought after line globally by reps and distributors. The company has enjoyed measurable growth and business success over the last 4 years. Moreover, the markets we are in are expected to grow nicely over the next decade+. Over the last 4 years, new Directors have joined the company in HR, Finance and sales. Two other executives were promoted from within. New expertise and ideas are discussed daily. The new leadership team is working aggressively to both engage employees and continue to bring growth and performance of the company. Examples include lunch parties and every employee being given cash bonuses for achieving manufacturing goals; focused initiatives to engage, career path and reward high performing employees, and continuous improvement in recruiting. There are also historic perks: the 4-10 work week and 3 day weekends are great. Hunter gym at lunch, or before/after work for $30, and the FCI park to eat lunch or have standup meetings in. Many FCI'ers have worked at the company for decades and are deeply committed to the success of FCI and happy to share their expertise.

Cons

No company or job is perfect!
