Cons
Lots of change, so-so organization, leadership can make egregious, time consuming, resource wasting errors, but lower level staff are expected to be perfect and are aggressively called out or fired if they are deemed otherwise. The concept of "team" went right down the hole, so to speak, with malicious gossip by new leads. Current Human Resources is extremely manipulative; do not trust. While there is industry information offered, no general professional training should be expected. Tightening up on costs and hours, so don't expect 40. Unfortunately, several co-workers seem to have valid, serious grievances with the company.
