      Pros

      Cool concept, helps a lot of people out, but the company is the worst I have ever worked for.

      Cons

      Damage control. We were told to try to save as much money, which ended up in us having to screw over customers on their claims. They lost their car, and we were expected to give them as little as possible.

      Pros

      Room for growth, if you're willing to deal with a flexible and ever-changing situation. With the buyout by ClearResult, this has likely provided even more opportunity for people who thrive on change.

      Cons

      A growth company means that processes aren't always clearly defined. If you're not up for a "fluid" working environment, this might not be the company for you.

      Solid contracts with quality clients. The people are mostly intelligent and likable. Good, but not great benefits. Steady growth in recent years has led to more opportunity for the company as a whole.

      Cons

      Opportunity for the company outpaces opportunity for individuals. Talented, hardworking individuals mostly have an avenue for growth, but it can be slow and incremental.
