Pros

1. Team is independent to work 2. Flexible work timing 3. Remote 4. Global Team 5. Good Salary 6. MVP experience

Cons

1. Leadership is weak in terms of setting the goals. 2. No growth in terms of building large systems 3. Firing Culture immediately without any PIP system in hand. Seen people get fired. 4. No transparency in terms of expectation 5. Not much growth in salary hikes later. ADVICE: Stick to what you need while getting the offer. Don't negotiate on this. They have the budget. Seen it that they pay what is asked. 6. Some projects can be good but majority is only frontend projects. I mean 95% projects are frontend only. 7. They are not family, in your one to one in the first month, you will hear this from atleast one person. This is because they fire people, when they don't have projects, when they find performance issue. All of this within 3-6 months of joining. My piece of advice don't joining if your current work is good but use this offer to join another firm.

Pros

Elite Talent Density: Working here means being surrounded by people who are as brilliant as they are industrious. It is an incredibly empowering environment where you never have to worry about carrying the weight alone. Culture of Initiative: There is zero "dead time." When projects wrap up, the team naturally pivots to internal innovation or skill-sharing. It’s a place where curiosity is actually rewarded. Fully Remote & Global: Despite being remote, the culture of positivity and affirmation is palpable. The company has mastered the art of staying connected and driven across time zones. Fast-Paced Growth: I’ve been here nearly a year, and the speed at which we accomplish complex projects is unlike anything I’ve seen elsewhere.

Cons

Not for the Passive: This isn't a "clock-in, clock-out" kind of place. If you aren't self-motivated or if you prefer to be told exactly what to do at every moment, you will feel overwhelmed. High Bar for Engagement: To find satisfaction here, you need to be someone who thrives on challenges and actively seeks out work during quiet periods. Those looking for a slower, more predictable pace may find our environment too intense. Timezone Coordination: Being a global, remote company means you have to be comfortable managing your schedule across various timezones. If you require a strict 9-to-5 window with no overlap or flexibility, this rhythm will be a challenge for you.

Pros

* Great culture - the company really cares about its people, manager asks to check work/life balance is good, whenever overloaded manager tries to hep rebalance work * Interesting projects - projects spanning from startups to large companies and cross different industries, right now many AI projects

Cons

Although it's great to work remotely, would be nice to connect with people more often in-person
