Pros

Nice office and acceptable salary. Equipment and infastructure is nice.

Cons

Software development management is a total zoo. They never say thanks. Instead when you finish your task you get question when you can finish these next 5 tasks that needs to be done yesterday. The software it self is a total mess. The guy who is a head of development writes such a over engineered code, you can barely understand. Instead of writing more readable code he blames others for not keeping up. Most likely someone will blame others and not take responsibility. Your health is not a priority they need the job to be done. Riga office likes racist jokes and bullying. One of the guys suggested to make shame board for people who makes mistakes while writing code. Such a crap office, don't waste yourself applying and skip this one. Now they are part of Guavapay.

Pros

Worked at this company for several years, it worked until it didn't. There was few core people that really made this company a good place to work.

Cons

By Dec 22 we started to hear that company was not going well, from one week to the another, people started getting fired. By mid Jan 23 we were advised that company had not been able to secure investment. People kept getting fired, others leaving. Salaries started to get paid late, and remainder staff was overstretched trying to keep w/ the workload. No transparency at all, everyone was relaying in hear say and basically we were expected to show up to work and guess if we would get paid that month or not. Higher management disappeared into the void and regular updates were less and less. By the end it was just too stressful to log in each morning, so I left too.
