Good platform for freshers [only applicable for Engineering not much specific for Service Delivery], push them to sea and ask them to learn deep sea diving. He may survive or die, depends on person. :) Good Technology Used [mainly on paper]. Application is said to be as fast as Light, so we cant see its performance. No test beds available and hence no much testing made on the application releases before applied to production. Competing with the MNCs in Technology. They compete with Google or Yahoo or Facebook. We might not have seen the application run by them went unavailable due to any technical glitch or unavailability of HA or any DR. No DR plan at all. Some of the Manager are just technical freaks, don't even realize what technology the team uses and its benefits. The processes the company follow are just for name sake and hence the worst among all. HR does exit interview for name sake. The improvements and suggestions asked for are just for name sake. No wonder if the paper we provide is available with the street sellers for wrapping goods on the next day. The compensation provided is awesome. The PLI, which is part of CTC (10 to 20%) is never paid as is promised on joining. Company is having huge lose on its investments (heard from managers from last 3-4 Years) for some installations. Company can't even do its own predictive analysis on the revenue generated by it for the investments made. There is a common flow on how the company looses its projects and it is repeated as if it go on. Company never thinks of its current projects and will not try to grow with them, instead leave one and take another and loose many.
