Technology: Superb and the product releases are like beta releases. Application is not capable of handling the huge data as said by the company. Compensation : Superb and Equal. Company is equal to high salaried and least salaried employee when Appraisal Cycle is considered (All gets same %). Can't believe on the Salary Offer Provided, Eg: Offers 2.5 Lakh, and on that 10-20% is variable pay. That is, 20,000 - 50,000 is deducted as Performance Linked Increment. They used to assure that this will be paid back on Year End. When the year end comes, company and manager says company is in it bad days and only 80% will be paid or if the person has resigned he will not be paid. This happens for the Appraisal too, company will be in its bad days when on discussion with manager. Product: Always on it beta release. Never it is stable. When a application edition gets stable, it is decommissioned and new unstable edition is released and hence it is unstable always. Employee Engagement: Poor employee engagement. It never study the root cause why a huge flew of technical experts from the company. Offer many things upon joining and while on role we come to realize that everything was just going in wrong path.

Company never thinks of its current projects and will not try to grow with them, instead leave one and take another and loose many.
