- Flexible hours - Respectful clients - Rare to work overtime - Growth-oriented environment - Employees are treated like humans, not robots - Opportunities to meet in person twice a year as a team as well as monthly for those in cities with other employees nearby - Remote-first environment eliminates or mitigates a lot of remote challenges - Smaller engagements mean you work on a variety of clients which helps you learn faster - Monthly socials that don't suck - Genuine commitment to a good employee experience - Clear performance and compensation review system
Cons
-Young and growing agency means that things are always evolving, it's generally in a well organized way but this still has its challenges -Even with all the great practices in place, fully remote work can still be a bit isolating at times - Honestly, there aren't many and any small cons are offset by the all the wonderful benefits of working here, especially compared to other agencies
