Pros

Junior staff are friendly and motivated, the office is well decorated, casual dress, happy hour Fridays, and good company values

Cons

Agencies are a dime a dozen, and Flywheel is no exception. What does make Flywheel exceptional, however, is that they seriously underpay and have awful benefits. Management is fully aware of this, at some point deciding to not invest in employee development and keep turnover high so they can instead sustain underpaying smart people. I can't even begin to describe how uncomfortable they make it to request time off. Aside from compensation, another factor that sets Flywheel apart is management. Instead of behaving like role models, mentors, or leaders, a more accurate description of management would be a short tempered and exclusive peanut gallery. They are disrespectful and dismissive, and do not take any junior level input seriously.

Pros

Challenging, constantly changing work. Lots of room for growth. Plenty of slow periods once you get a hang of it.

Cons

Few people in leadership are training for their position. They are doing their best and genuinely care, but they make plenty of mistakes along the way.
