Friendly co-workers and company outings. The team is quite young (fresh out of university) and full of ideas and enthusiasm, however this is a double-edged sword.

The team as a whole is very young and lacks experience. Management often refuses advice from experienced individuals and promotes employees without proven results. They also do not follow through on their commitments, e.g. employees are encouraged to provide feedback, however nothing ever becomes of it.
