Pros
The people that work there are great people and when it's like you're in throws of war together, you bond. They have decent benefits and they sometimes offer overtime when it's the busy season.
Cons
Management. What can you say? It's really tough when you're not appreciated for all the hard work you put in, and all the fires you put out and all the help you do for everyone in the company. You don't get raises, and if you do, they might give you a quarter or two. There's no real place to move up to and it's under fire every day! This is definitely a stressful environment. If they paid their employees what they are worth, more would stay and it would be more of a well oiled machine. But most move on within a year or two.
