      Working from home is okay.

      Cons

      Push calls with no downtime in between. Emotionally exhausting and constantly being micromanaged. Pay is below average for RN. Would not recommend unless things change.

      Friendly environment, remote and not stressful

      Cons

      Pay is not with too great and not with the RN workforce market. It does not depend on state either. Everyone starts off the same no matter on experience. Benefits are horrible. Extremely high. Each person you add on to your benefits increases how much you have to pay. The benefits can take almost half your paycheck
