Pros

Terrible company. They pay pennies to nurse, 20’s, and are very demanding. They act as if you should be privileged to work for them when in reality it’s the other way around. They require you to work either 3 weekends and 1 out or EVERY weekend as if their poverty level salary is enough to survive on and you have nothing else to do in life besides work for them. They demand you triage calls by their script and if you deviate then get prepared to have your team lead come down on as if you just killed someone. Their pay doesn’t match their workload and demands. Jobs like these you take when you’re desperate and leave when you find a real job that values nurse and doesn’t want to suck them dry.

Cons

Non. Perhaps the ability to work from home.

Passive Aggressive

Pros

Working from home. Benefits are good- the 401k plan is great!

Cons

Staff morale is poor. Management and team leaders are very passive aggressive through email and scheduling. Overworked and understaffed. Poor communication overall. Management is in Canada and they have don't have staff meetings- even by phone. Straight from the careers website - "One more perk to add to the package is our company condo on the beach in Florida that we offer to our employees for one week each year!" Never ever knew or heard about this! No room for advancement. Favoritism is obvious from management. It is not an easy job as one may think. You deal with the general population, which can bring out the worst in people, especially when there's a full moon. The company does not have your back. You're on your own and are expected to know everything. You get paid 2 times per month.
