      - Remote, asynchronous way of working which gives you flexibility - Good pay

      Cons

      - No structure, seem to just be winging it - No ownership from leaders if things have/are going wrong... It's pushed downwards - Lack of transparency - No culture - No sense of job security, people always looking over their shoulders and asking if things are okay - Lack of diversity and representation

      Great products and product/business teams. Effective builders. Comp is ok.

      Cons

      Sales culture and leadership is toxic. Does not understand enterprise sales. New leadership coming at time of this writing, so hopefully things will change and turnover reduces.
