7yYour feedback is extremely important to us. Food Fight Restaurant Group strives to create and maintain a work environment in which people are treated with dignity, decency and respect at all locations.
I am not clear which location you are referring to, however, we will take the necessary steps to ensure our leadership is practicing a healthy work environment approach with the entire staff. All complaints and investigations are treated confidentially to the extent possible and information is disclosed strictly on a need-to-know basis. The identity of the complainant is usually revealed to the parties involved during the investigation and the HR director takes adequate steps to ensure that the complainant is protected from retaliation during and after the investigation.
Food Fight prohibits retaliation against those employees who, in good faith, report incidents of potential harassment or participate in or support such complaints. If you wish to share more details or which location I should investigate, please reach out directly to the HR Director.
