Pros
It's a job that allows you to make money if you are willing to allow them to constantly change your schedule after it has been posted.
Cons
Garbage management who projects their insecurities onto their employees. They don't appreciate good workers because they are terrified that you will somehow "take their job". If you are a good worker, you will not be appreciated. They will throw more and more work on you to make up for other employees slack, then when you don't finish the additional work, you get in trouble, while the slack employees just breeze along. They do NOTHING to punish bad employees. Enjoy watching them give tons of hours to someone who only runs 30 cases an hour, yet you run 60+ and all because of their insecurities. Garbage company. You may luck out and find a good store, with a good management team, but I wouldn't take the chance because they are few and far between.
