Pros

Not worth listing , Best reasons are only mandatory by law and all employers supply them on a day to day basis and so far Food lion has not found a way to take those away .

Cons

Annual Christmas Bonus taken from fultimers to pay for mistakes by Corporate . The don't be negative about anything speeches, To the be helpful, friendly ,dependable slogans that are NOT Foodlion at All. Why do you have plenty of money for Trips to Florida , Maryland New signage new Gum Racks Anything But you most valuable Asset YOUR FRONLINE EMPLOYEES not the ones at home sitting on their couch typing on a laptop not in the Company car sitting in a drive thru and especialy not the Salary management who can not work more that 30 hours a week and get paid for 45 god help us if all managers are like that .

They (management) can be reasonable at times, such as with your breaks and scheduling.

Cons

My current management isn't giving me enough hours to be even decently sustainable, yet they have open-shifts available that they could assign to anyone, so why not give those hours to people who are severely underscheduled? If you want your workers to work for you, treat them right and compensate them fairly, and stop expecting them to come in everytime you text them just because someone else called out, maybe you need to give the people who constantly call out less hours because they aren't being reliable, and you need to give more hours to the people who do come to work and get things done, because they've proven to be reliable and willing to come in on their assigned days.
