Pros
Learning opportunities, great career growth if you're a new grad.
Cons
- Lack of direction from management
- unclear guidance as to what the expectations are from each role
- If you are in the middle of your career, this is not a place for growth as the overall atmosphere is 'overworked and underpaid'.
- Long work hours (into the night) for meagre pay
- There is no clear definition of what their "Fit" is.
- No clear expectations or any proper training as to how the company does certain things, they expect you to perform above par (within probationary period) and when you don't, there is no warning or willingness to train employees. This eventually results in termination.
- Position was not defined clearly when hiring even after 4 rounds of interview.
- Unprofessional/foul language used internally by management (on calls).
