New tech stack and some of the coworkers are great.
Cons
Low salary and poor benefits. Toxic environment with people being fired without any notice. Inept management without a clue of how to build or ship saas product. False advertising for their products. Phony corporate culture of let's change the world with our sustainable solution while the only thing they care about is proffit. Complete lack of transparency regarding projects status or company focus. Long working hours. Arrogant management not willing to take advise or recognize their mistakes and make changes to the process.
