New managers would change the vibe of the store and target employees. I had one who thought it was his store, like he owned Foot Locker and tried to make me do extra work that was never part of job, that no one else had to do and I wouldn’t do it, so he was out to get me, and he took my sales one time for his bonus. There were good managers, but bad ones can really ruin the shift (you must learn how to ignore them or phase them out).

You can have slow sales days.

You might get over the job after a year or two (but it is worth it if you are in school or just need something that will work around your schedule).
