      Pros

      - Central London office - Snacks / coffee machines / cereal options

      Cons

      - No management structure. - No room for learning or development. - Expected to 'get on with it'. - Isolating as most people work remotely. - No real friendships. - Extremely demanding work with lack of support. - Unrealistic deadlines and turnaround times. - People do not care for 'backroom' staff. No respect unless you are 'management'. - HR is non-existent. - Pay is below market. - The ones that 'stick it out' seem to be favoured.

      Hands down, the best part of working here is the people. Even though the workload is heavy, the team is incredibly supportive and always has your back. Great opportunities for professional growth - you will learn a ton on the job.

      Should be more money for benefits and social activities.

      - no processes and every single project starts from ground 0 - a lot of people work remotely so they are a bit isolated
